Merchandise for return will be credited back to your credit card or refunded by company check depending on your form of original payment. Items purchased as gifts will receive a store credit. Personalized items are not returnable.

Shipping of Non-Personalized items, if in stock, will be shipped within 72 hours of order receipt. If you are ordering wedding favors and/or invitations, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. If delivery is delayed we will notify you by e-mail.

RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept returns on merchandise within seven (7) days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after seven (7) days. Please contact us either by e-mail at designersinvitationsplus@aol.com or by telephone at (516) 361-4184 or (718) 263-0337 to obtain an authorization number. This authorization number will become your tracking number so we can process your return quickly and efficiently.

All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and resalable condition. Before we can process any refund, please return the merchandise for inspection to:

RETURN OF PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Before we can replace the item, please return it to us for inspection and we will promptly process your return. Special order items, books and personalized items are not returnable.
